Each handmade item has its unique character, made with care and love. The grain and shape of the pearl are naturally formed, which adds charm to the earrings. Crystal chips and glass beads may be different as they come in sizes and shapes.

Care information

First of all, wearing with love :)

-To maintain its original luster and shape, we suggest removing ‘Hi Emma’ before exercising, cleaning, bathing and sleeping. 

-It is not recommended to drop or bend the earrings which could cause damage.

-The higher purity of  the silverware, the easier it gets oxidize. It can be slightly wiped with toothpaste or polishing cloth.

-Our gold plated jewellery  will eventually  wear off over time. However exposure to perfume, nail polish removers, cleaning products can accelerate the process.

-Our clay earrings should last for a long time with care, please avoid dropping them as the small parts may break. To clean clay earrings, use a piece of moist soft fabric and wipe it gently to remove dirt and dust.

Packaging

Items are safely packaged in a jewellery box and wrapped with honeycomb kraft paper, including an anti-oxidation pouch, alcohol pads, and a thank you card. We use 100% recyclable materials for packaging.
