New Zealand

For all orders under $150, a $8.99 standard shipping fee will apply.

Free express shipping for orders over $150.

All items will be shipped from New Zealand by NZ Post, tracking included.

North Island 1-3 working days  South Island 3-5 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the weather or around the holidays

Australia

International orders only accept Australia by NZ Post, tracking included, approx. 7-14 working days.

-Once your items have been sent, we will email you the Tracking number.

-In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment is received.

-Please note if your items are out of stock, it will take 1-4 weeks to restock. You are more than welcome to email us for more information, our email address is business@hiemma.co.nz .

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If you miss the delivery of your package, check your letterbox to find a redelivery card, then arrange with your local postal service. For your own reason, the parcel may be returned, you need to pay for the re-shipment, like not arranging for redelivery or collection. 

Returns & Exchanges

Productions may differ, depending on resolution, scale, colour etc.

-Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

-Exchange or refunds are offered for unworn, unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 7 days after you received your parcel.

-If you received a gift with your purchase and want to return the gift or product for a refund because you have changed your mind, both the gift and the product must be returned.

-Please note, no return for special price products. 

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items

Please provide a clear photo of the item that is unworn and unused& description of the fault, email hiemma.info@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item. When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, We will post return postage to you. Please put the items back into the original bags, boxes, or packages into the return postage and send them back to us. We will process your replacement within 1-3 working days after receiving your parcel.

If any of the above terms relating to the return of faulty items do not adhere. Hi Emma has the right to deny replacement or exchange.

Online cancellations & order amendments

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to the orders which have been dispatched. Including but not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change to a different item
  • Adding or removing items
  • Order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct when you place the order.
